- **Mapping & Synchronization:** To link IDs between Salla and Odoo (e.g., matching a Salla Order ID with an Odoo Quotation ID).

- **Service Improvement:** To monitor the performance of our servers and improve the speed and reliability of the data transfer.
- **Support:** To provide technical assistance when you encounter issues with the integration.

We store mapping data and certain transaction records to ensure that if a synchronization fails, it can be retried without losing data. **Limitation of Responsibility:** TECFY shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss of data, unauthorized access, or corruption of information resulting from:
- Malicious hacking attempts or cyber-attacks.
- Technical failures of third-party hosting providers.
- Loss of access due to incorrect configuration by the user.
- Any unforeseen security breaches beyond our reasonable control.
6. No Third-Party Sharing
We are committed to protecting your business secrets. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your data to outside parties. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our service (like our hosting providers), so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
7. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the synchronization services. If you choose to disconnect the connector or delete your account, we will purge your specific store data from our servers within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law.
